Prompt and Professional

Delivery was prompt and careful, and the movers went to extraordinary lengths to bring my Monroe sofa into my home through a window when it was clear it would not fit through the apartment door. They couldn’t have been more professional and willing to do whatever was needed to ensure the sofa’s safe delivery and installation.

Disappointed

After waiting 6 months for the sofa to be delivered (was told it would take 3-4 months) the sofa’s velvet upholstery was scratched and damaged from the movers brining it in. Disappointed.
