WHAT IS THE BROOKLYN SPACE DELIVERY AREA?
Brooklyn Space sofas are available in the New York City +200 miles, including Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
By limiting our delivery area, we lower our prices and emissions.

HOW DOES THE 100 DAY TRIAL WORK?
-Your trial begins the day your sofa is delivered. Call or email us to initiate your return within 100 days.
-We’ll send a courier to pick up the sofa on your schedule.
-Your original form of payment will be refunded.
-Refunds must be requested by the original owner, and requested from the original order email address.
-Sofa must be in its original condition.
-Delivery fee is non-refundable.
-No returns on sale/discounted items.
-No returns on custom orders.
-Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are refunded 100% (minus delivery fee). After day 14, sofas returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We suggest checking out our sofas before you buy at 68 Jay Street #605.
-Furniture that is, or has been, used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes, including daycare are not eligible for refunds.
-Returns are only allowed from the original purchaser. Returns must be requested from the email address used on the order.
-If delivery is not scheduled within 2 weeks of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to order cancellations and refund requests.
-For deliveries more than 10 miles outside of NYC (Extended Delivery Area), the delivery fee is non-refundable and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to an additional delivery charge.



DELIVERY DELAY (STORAGE)
Sofa delivery can be delayed (stored) for free up to two weeks after purchase. If you need to delay delivery longer, please contact us.

CAN I SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY?
Yes! Just reply to your confirmation email with your desired 4 hour delivery window. Most of the time we can deliver within your requested window.

You may reschedule your delivery for free by email up to 24 hours before your delivery window begins. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours prior to delivery, or if no one is home when the delivery team arrives, are subject to a new delivery fee.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Brooklyn Space offers in-home delivery in NYC for $100. Other areas vary based on location.

HOW DOES SOFA REMOVAL WORK?
Brooklyn Space removes and upcylcles your old sofa.
9.8 million tons of furniture end up in the landfill each year. Finding a new home for your couch keeps it from the landfill.

The cost of sofa removal is $100, and must be paid for and scheduled at least 48 hours ahead of delivery. We remove you old sofa at the same time and place as we deliver your new sofa.

Sofa removal is only available in New York City.
Sofas that are in bad condition may not find a new home, but we will try our best.


WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
All Brooklyn Space sofas have a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally.

All sale prices and discounted purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If you request a refund, any subsequent purchase(s) will be final.
If you request an exchange, there will be no refund or exchange on the new item(s).
