Returns and Refunds

HOW DOES THE 100 DAY TRIAL WORK?
-Your trial begins the day your sofa is delivered. Email us to initiate your return within 100 days.
-We’ll send a courier to pick up the sofa on your schedule.
-Your original form of payment will be refunded.
-Refunds must be requested by the original owner, and requested from the original order email address.
-Sofa must be in its original condition.
-Delivery fee is non-refundable.
-No returns on sale/discounted items.
-No returns on custom orders.
-Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are refunded 100% (minus delivery fee). After day 14, sofas returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We suggest checking out our sofas before you buy at 68 Jay Street #605.
-Furniture that is, or has been, used for commercial, institutional, or rental purposes, including daycare are not eligible for refunds.
-Returns are only allowed from the original purchaser. Returns must be requested from the email address used on the order.
-If delivery is not scheduled within 2 weeks of purchase, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to order cancellations and refund requests.
-For deliveries more than 10 miles outside of NYC (Extended Delivery Area), the delivery fee is non-refundable and returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges are subject to an additional delivery charge.


WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

All Brooklyn Space sofas and furniture have a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally.
